For the shipping of our packages, we collaborate with PostNL. Your order is prepared in our warehouse and then sent out using PostNL. You will receive an email confirmation when the package is shipped, along with a track & trace code. This code allows you to track the exact delivery time of your package."

Shipping costs

We deliver our packages all over the world.

Delivery costs in the Netherlands:
Orders of €75 or more qualify for free delivery (excluding express delivery). For orders under €75, the delivery cost is €5.95.

Delivery costs in Europe:
Orders of €75 or more qualify for free delivery (excluding express delivery). For orders under €75, the delivery cost is minimum €11.50.

Delivery costs Rest of the world:
Orders of €75 or more qualify for free delivery (excluding express delivery). For orders under €75, the delivery cost is minimum €22.50.

All orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days by default. Need your order urgently? Please contact our customer service.

Exceptions
In some cases, a product may not be immediately available but still obtainable. The delivery time may then be extended. However, this is always communicated clearly.

To Europe: 4-7 business days
Rest of the world: 7-13 business days

Track & Trace

Accepted Answer

When you place an order with us, you can track your package with a tracking code. From the moment your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to our logistics partner's website and your tracking code. On the website linked in the email, you can enter your tracking code to see the current status of your order.

Question 5

I want to change my address, is that possible?

Accepted Answer

If you have placed your order with us, it is no longer possible to change your address by yourself. If you want to provide a change of address, please contact us. However, please note that we can only modify the address if we haven't shipped your order yet!
