  • Payment methods
    At Lapcat, you can pay in multiple ways. Learn more below. iDeal With iDeal, you can pay the outstanding amount for your order directly and securely. Credit card If you choose to pay with a credit card, first indicate the type of credit or debit card you want to use. Then, enter your credit card number, expiration date, CID/CVC code (often found on the back of your card), and optionally an additional password. If you return items, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your credit card within six weeks.
  • Discount codes
    You've received or won a great discount code from us. You've already added all your desired items to the shopping cart, but how do you redeem your discount code? Below is a step-by-step explanation: Go to your shopping cart and ensure that you have filled in all your details correctly. When you proceed to checkout, you will see a box labeled 'apply discount code.' Click on it, and a bar will appear where you can enter your discount code. Once the discount code is entered, you will see the applied discount reflected in the order summary on the right. Terms and conditions for discount codes: • It is not possible to use multiple discount codes. • A gift voucher in the form of a code cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code. • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. • Discount codes cannot be applied to items on sale.   • Payment failed
    It can happen that something goes wrong with your payment. How can you be sure it has been processed correctly, especially after receiving an error message? • Check your own bank statements to see if the amount has been debited. • Still in doubt? Please contact us. We will verify whether the payment has been processed correctly for you. If you are certain that your payment did not go through, your order has not been placed. This means you need to reorder and make the payment again.
